Subject: Holmdel Ski Club 2011 Trip Announcement
Holmdel Ski Club Members,
We have selected our trips for 2011. This email is a pre-announcement so that
you can keep these trip dates in mind when planning your 2011 winter schedule.
Prices listed below are approximate. Final prices, trip details, and sign-up
will be available on or before August 1.
We're starting off the season with a 3-day trip over Martin Luther King weekend,
Friday January 14 through Monday January 17, to Sugarloaf Maine. Just like last
year, we will be staying at the Sugarloaf Mountain Hotel, a luxury property in
the base-area village. The adult double occupancy rate of approximately $469
includes three days of lift tickets, daily lessons, and a full hot buffet
breakfast in our own private room.
Based on feedback from our members, we will have a 7-day trip to South Lake
Tahoe from February 12 through February 19. We will be staying at the Embassy
Suites, located just a short walk from the Heavenly Gondola and the casinos. The
adult double occupancy rate of approximately $1595 includes three days of skiing
at Heavenly, one day at Squaw, one day at Kirkwood, seven days hot breakfast,
and the Embassy Suites renowned daily Manager’s reception with complimentary
soda, snack, beer, wine and mixed drinks. The price without lift tickets will be
approximately $1310.
We end the season with a 5-day trip to Quebec City, Canada from March 13 through
March 18. We will be taking a motor coach to the Manoir Victoria, a four star
hotel in the heart of the historic 400-year old French culture in Old Quebec. We
will be within walking distance of museums, sightseeing, shopping, numerous
café’s/bistros, and of course, french cuisine. This trip is a winner for both
skiers and non-skiers. The adult double occupancy rate of approximately $725
includes a lift ticket for a day at each of the following resorts:
Mont-Sainte-Anne; Stoneham; and Le Massif. The price without lift tickets will
be approximately $535.
